Ingredients for 2 people

1.5 tablespoon vegetable oil
300 gr of green long beans
80 gr of minced pork
20 gr of red curry paste.
1 spoon of Maggi
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Lime leaf
Red chili


Elaboration:
Step 1: In a pan, put vegetable oil and fry the curry paste. When it starts to release its aroma, add the minced pork and stir well.

Step 2: Add the oyster sauce, the maggi sauce to taste.

Step 3: Add the beans cut into 2,3 centimeters pieces until they are medium done (they have to be crunchy)

Step 4: To finish we add the kaffir lime leaves without the central nerve and the chili, it is usually eaten with Thai jasmine rice.
